An extremely hot, muggy morning challenged our group today. Sweat flowed profusely, and we had to stop several times for catch-up and water. Rain would have been welcome!

It was great to have Trish with us today, and we welcomed back Regina, who hasn't hiked with our group in a while. We also met David, a newcomer to our group and new to the AOC. He handled the hike like a regular and even tried out the AOC Mmmm Burger with our group at the North River Tavern. ~ Joyce
