The Forth of July in Atlanta was as expected, warm and humid.  But with good old friends and some new ones we got in a fine workout while enjoying each other's company. Although traffic was light, the trails were busy with hikers, many with their dogs. There are lots of folks making the outdoors a priority this holiday.
