The temperature dropped to the 60's today, with low humidity and a brisk breeze. It was absolutely refreshing, allowing us to hike 8.5 miles without breaking a sweat. 

Little Mulberry Park is perfect for hiking, as it has an area of hills and woods, some paved trails around Miller Lake, a giant overlook area that boasts itself as the highest point in Gwinnette County, and two entrances, both with public restroom facilities. One can take some short loops or tackle the entire 15 miles of trails if time and ability permit. There are pavilions and tables for picnicking as well. 

The time on the trails passed quickly, and thanks to Ayo's excellent planning, we finished right on time with exactly the right mileage.~ Joyce
