Fifteen shivering AOCers met at Lions Club Park in Lilburn for a 7.5 mile hike on the greenway there. We began our hike at a quick pace for the 1st half mile to warm up, then we slowed down for the rest of the hike, enjoying the beautiful Autum (or is it winter?) day. We walked all of the greenway to Killian Hill, and then back, stopping at Lilburn City Park for a break and snacks at the truck parked there. At the end of the greenway, 5 hikers opted out on the last mile hike to the temple.

The rest of the group went on to the BAPS Mandir 1/2 a mile away. We arrived just in time (11:15) to kick off our shoes, and entered the temple to catch a quick service. We oohed and ahhed over the carvings, and the little light show that made the temple even more spectacular. 

Before we exited the temple grounds to walk back to Lions Club and our vehicles, we stopped in at the Indian cafe there and shared the vegan snacks we ordered.
