Each week brings a different advernture to Thursday Morning and today was no exception!  We celebrated Gerrilyn's 100th AOC event.  Gerrilyn has been monitoring her hikes closely to coincide with our Thursday morning hike and she was definitely rewarded with her bandana, her commemorative rock, and 100th poster photo:) . We were going to do this hike rain or shine and we had a little bit of both.  Started out with a little sun and at 11:35, the skies opened.  We shortened the hike (and downgraded it to a D2) and quickly made our way to our traditional North River Tavern lunch.  One of our hikers, Dan R., had talked to the management team and lo and behold, North River Tavern's special of the month is the JoyceT1600th Burger.  Joyce is on track to complete her 1600th hike with the AOC within the next month and North River Tavern was very receptive to honoring her.  Please go the the AOC Facebook website to see the writeup and picture of Joyce T's Burger!!  Who knows what next Thursday will bring - come join us to find out:) ~ Carol
