Tuesday mornings hikes at Leita Thompson Park are so great!  We have a fantastic regular group of hikers and occasionally get a couple of new folks each week.  The conversation and the miles flow by quickly as we get in a good hard workout. After more than two years, it continues to be the best part of my week.  What a fun way to stay in shape.  ~Trish
