Well this never seems like it will be a spectacular hike with the paved trails, but somehow it always exceeds expectations.  We had a great group and the wide trails actually made it easier to talk and socialize during the hike/walk.    And we had a very nice spring evening with temps a bit warm at first but cooling quickly. 

We enjoyed some nice views of the sunset (see pics) and covered every bit of trail in the park, as well as some bonus side trails.   The total distance did end up being a solid 6 miles so we had a nice workout as well...must do this one again soon.
