Heat and humidity was the theme today. And as a result, we slowed it down a little and took more water breaks. We strolled around the pond first which always makes it a little easier to tackle the “hill”! Susan led the way up the hill today - no surprises there. Our big excitement today was seeing about a foot long snapping turtle along the lollipop trail laying her eggs! Next week should prove again to be festive as we celebrate our 4th anniversary of our Thursday Morning Island Ford hike.  Until then, stay safe and have a great Memorial Day weekend😊
