QuickSteppers Unite! We had five fast & furious QuickSteppers out there tonight...and even one newby to the format. Tony W. might not have felt 100% but he gave 100% as we drilled out his first VC QS v6.2 in 90 minutes. we had a 14:58 mile pace for 6.2 miles (with a 13:12 pace at mile 5), we even managed to somehow turn a 9.1 mph max speed...musta been on a downhill, lol. We (or least I) burned almost 1,000 calories, so kuddos to the QuickStep crew tonight ::: Pam M, Mary Beth, Marina Y. & Tony W. y'all killed it out there tonight...c-ya soon!
