Trena and I hoped the weather forecast for this morning would improve overnight, so we waited till this morning to make a decision about keeping the hike active. How happy we were that we didn't cancel, because the weather was beautiful . . . and we had 3 brand new members on the hike - - Jan, Danna, and Alicia. They were great additions to our regulars who always love to catch up with each others' lives.

We had an exciting sighting of a rat snake and enjoyed popsicles after the hike - - the last popsicles of this season. ~ Joyce
