Starting the hike at 9 am proved to be a good idea today! The air still had a bit of coolness as we returned to the parking lot after our hike. Our trek through some of the Sibley Forest subdivision gave us a chance to see some Halloween decorations on lawns. And Janet G.'s earrings added to the Halloween spirit! (See photo)

We had three new-ish AOC members with us today, Helen, Mireille, and Alan W. They handled the hike with ease and proved to be great company, each and every one.

Ron's two pups also joined us - - Bailey and Abbey. They guarded the back of the group with  aplomb!  ~ Joyce
