A great day for a walk in the woods.  With all the rain we have a few obstacles to defeat due to high water.  The swamp near the boardwalk was a high as I have seen and some of the trails were a bit damp but we all survived nicely.  After crossing several ridges in Interstate North, it was time to head out towards Cochran Shoals.  After another challenging creek crossing it was a nice walk along Terrall Branch creek as we made our way back towards the multi purpose trail.  Finally another mile along the river and we were back to the cars.  ~ Holt
