The Hootch is way up y'all! I mean way up! 1/2 of  Azalea's boat launch lot was under water, the path under Roswell Road was over 2' deep and the new Riverwalk area was at least 10" under water (with the current flowing ove the path...surreal!). Simple path walks will require shin high boots to keep your feet dry. 
Great seeing Harry out there tonight too.
