The weather turned around from our departure in Canton to our arrival at Chickamunga.  Blue skies and sunshine.  Load of flowers:  phlox, trillium (not yet in bloom), ru anenome, spider wort, violets, bottlebrush, flycatcher, wild geranium, wild clover, dwarf iris.  Yep.  A happy group, hiking through rocky battlefields, wetlands, burned hillsides, and waterfalls.  Thanks for making this day special.  Gratitude to our drivers:  Susan, Leigh, and Marty; without you we would get nowhere.
