We all made it and a big thanks for arriving early. After numerous emails about the Island Ford paving project, we ended up in our same location, albeit, the parking was a little on the unique side. Mikey showed up with his BMW electric car which we all oo’ed and oh’ed about! And than our hike started with a very usual twist. We were led by a “bunny” (picture enclosed) followed by an Easter “rock” hunt! Joyce made it a point to go to Island Ford yesterday afternoon to place her Easter egg rocks in hidden, strategic areas while managing to avoid the poison ivy - let’s hope. What a fun time, especially watching 17 adults looking for their hidden treasure! Pictures will be included. Even with all of our frivolity, we still managed a strong 5 miles for our Thursday Island Ford hike! See you next week, same time, same place! ~ Carol
