Our last minute hike at the Interstate North CRNRA unit ended up being a full complement of 20 hikers.  It was a bit muggy but the rain held off.  We started on the flat multipurpose trail before heading across the boardwalk over the swamp and hitting the hills of Interstate North.  We connected next to the Cochran Shoals section doing a loop using shared bike trails and the dedicated hike only trails along Terrell Branch Creek.  We finished by walking back towards the parking lot along the Chattahoochee River, finishing our 5.5 mile hike in 2 hours.
