What a beautiful day.  It was warm but not quite as bad as it had been.  We did see a first today - glass in the parking lot at Island Ford!  So, be aware and make sure you have everything locked up in your trunk and not in sight.  We, of course, went up the warm up hill and John was first up today with Susan right behind him.  It was an enjoyable morning covering around 5.5 miles and taking in the views along the river and the lollipop trail.  Hope to see everyone next week:) ~ Carol
