A nice little hike for this Monday morning. We finished before the day got into the 90's, so with low humidity, there was minimal sweat. The river was calm, low and clear today with lots of geese and even a couple of herons. The dog beach actually had some beach today thanks to the water level!. We saw a huge Swiss Mountain dog that looked like Stephan's "Laddy." Popsicles after the hike were a perfect ending for our event (thank you, Trena!). ~ Joyce
