Cool temps; finally😊. As a result, we did pick up the pace getting close to our D3 level. We got in 5.7 miles so maybe when the humidity drops, we will be back to our 6 miles. Would like to welcome Jenny to her first AOC hike. She immediately fit in with our group as she was welcomed by all. We went around the pond and then the warm up hill where Casey took off and led the way. One of our hikers had to drop at the last second (car issues) so when we met Dave V on his renegade hike, we immediately added him to the hike. He was next on the wait list so it all worked out great. Here’s to cooler temps😀. Hope to see you all next week. ~ Carol
