Another beautiful Chrismas Eve Day Trek with 12 Trekkers clocking 5 miles in 2 hours at Vickery Creek! A well prepared Trekker (Shirley) came equipped to help with her multipurpose screw driver (similar to a Swiss Army knive) on a loose pole ajustment before our hike started! Once again, we were plasantly surprized to observe our regular fisher bird (The Great Blue Heron)! We, then, made it past some ugly pathway construction before reaching & crossing the covered bridge, to the NPS side. It was a simply awesome weather day with many new friends & exciting conversations! Photos are posted--
