We started the morning sunny and warm. We did introductions at the Trading Post. For those that had never hiked the Iron Hill Trail directions were given on how to drive to the Iron Hill parking lot and caravanned down to it. Starting at the parking lot hiking in a clockwise direction going down all the spurs. We did encounter a couple of the natives to the area. The first a deer, whose pictures were to bad to post and the second a snake crossing the trail whose pictures are posted. By the end of the hike both the temperature was getting hot and the number of people we encountered was increasing.

I would like to thank Sangeeta for joining us on her first AOC Hike. Kathleen on her second and Joseph on his sixth hike. Thanks to the rest of the members for making our new and newer members feel welcome.
