After overcoming the challenge of finding a parking space at Interstate North ahead of our 9:30AM start, we all embarked on a 5.5 mile jaunt through the CRNRA trails at Interstate North and Cochran Shoals.  We started out the multi purpose trail before turning left for the boardwalk across the swamp.  We did 3 climbs and descents in the Interstate North section clocking a few miles before moving over to Cochran for another couple more miles.  Our last part was on the multi purpose trail down by the Chattahoochee before arriving back at our cars.  It was a hot and humid day but everyone enjoyed being outside and hiking.  ~ Holt
