We had a good energetic group for the hike and we were rewarded with sightings of deer, a hawk and an owl.  I do not recommend anyone leading a hike from the Columns Drive parking lot; at least on Thursday after work.  The parking lot is now 1/4 smaller and it is full of high school running teams and mountain biking teams.
