It was great to be back out with the crew on a weekday after work...what a way to melt the stress and Bravo-Sierra of the day away! It was even better when my nextdoor neighbor showed up with an extra paddle for a member that forgot their paddle at home...it just works out sometimes! The paddle was a breeze headed down river (as we expected), we saw all sorts of wildlife along Gold Branch - such a treat! It was a lil tougher coming home, but honestly the water flow was so LOW (even with the recent rain) that it was an unexpected ease coming back up. PaddlesUp next Wednesday! We'll be mixing it up soon too - since we are alreay losing daylight - for us working stiffs!
