Seasonal colors greeted 10 happy AOC hikers at Amicalola Falls as we enjoyed a day of mild fall weather.  Blue skies alternated with light cloud cover as we climbed along the Approach Trail, and this optimistic crowd laughed at a few raindrops that fell as we shucked our jackets.  Cheerful Matt greeted us at the Hike Inn and some of us refreshed ourselves with hot coffee from the dining room while we ate lunch looking southeast from the overlook (The Inn also allowed us use of the restrooms)  Everyone in the group showed off their fitness as we finished early due to the brisk pace we maintained.  Back at the top of the falls, the parking lot was almost full with nature lovers enjoying the views.
