What amazing luck! The forecast for today looked dismal yesterday, but what a difference a night can make. We didn't have a drop of rain throughout the entire 2-hour hike! The trails were a bit wet, but not bad.

We learned that today was Regina's birthday! She was so thoughtful. She actually made a birthday cake for all of us to enjoy when we returned to the parking lot! The cake was delicious . . . and we sang "Happy Birthday" to the birthday lady! ~ Joyce
