Our terrific team of seven enjoyed lively cameraderie and easy conversation on our Stone Mountain excursion. We knocked out the summit first, but nonetheless it was rather warm at the top. We welcomed the shade and the light breeze as we dove into the woods for our descent. Picking up the Cherokee Trail, we wound our way around the mountain through dappled sunlight.
We treasured a few moments of mindfulness as we meditated, bringing awareness to the sensory input all around us. We all finished together and parted ways, until next time.
