Nine brave urban hikers took an exploratory hike to enjoy new parks and paths today in Atlanta. 

We started at the new and already popular 280 acre Westside Park, which has opened it's first phase.

We followed the Proctor creek trail for a few miles, then took sidewalks to jump on the new Westside Beltline connector which took us to downtown Atlanta.  We then walked a few blocks to enjoy the new Cook park in Vine City.
