We ended up meeting at the Picnic Tables. From there we did introductions and covered how to use the tools safely. We were split into two groups working at different places on the Environmental Trail. Joyce and Mark were assigned to the group installing the new turnpike while I took a group that worked on drainage issues and filling the area in between roots to make the trail more easily to hike.
