Meeting in the picnic area by the Visitor Center we talked about safety on the trails and the safe use of the tools. Split into two groups some of us worked on the drainage issue causing erosion on Fir Road. The rest worked on replacing the fencing going up the mountain near the Visitor Center. Those on the Fire Road than worked down the mountain on drainage issue toward the Fencing Group. The fencing Group quickly discovered the new fencing was not the same size as the old, thus having to either shorten or lengthen the fence rails.

Thanks to all the hard-working volunteers we finished 100% of the fencing and the first of two drainage projects.
