We did introductions at the Visitor Center expecting sunny yet still cold and maybe a little wind, still a good day for hiking. We hiked over to the Homestead Trail following it in a clockwise direction. The water level was low, allowing us to hike along the shore for some distance before retuning to the trail. After completing the loop, we hiked the White Tail Trail spending some time standing out in the lake. Three months from now we would have been underwater. Thanks to Lee for the GPs trace. I accidentally turned mine off about halfway through the Homestead Trail.
