I think we celebrated Susan's 1000th AOC event well. Not only was the hike (led by Susan) perfectly executed - - 5 miles in 2 hours - - but the festivities after the hike were really enjoyable. Lots of folks contributed to the table of goodies, including Dan C., Dan R., Steve, Lee, Shirley, Sue, Dave S., and Joyce. We had everything from cake to crackers, cheese, and cold cuts, a massive box of almond cookies, Clementines, wine, orange juice, lemonade, Gatorade, water, and even a few stronger items to add to our drinks. It was a feast, indeed!

Welcome to Mildred's husband, Brian, on his first AOC event. (I wonder if he'll expect this kind of celebration after every hike?)
