Write Up:
Mist and fog greeted a cheerful group of AOC hikers at the top of Amicalola Falls. Some members advocated that they liked the stillness of the woods shrouded in white, while others maintained that the overcast could not persist all day. It didn’t, and we finished the hike in sunshine. The Hike Inn staff were their usual welcoming selves as we lunched in the dining room.
