We had a beautiful day today at West Palisades!  the weather was gorgeous and the dam had recently been released so the river was high and fast.  A few people got to see a heron along the river, but the front of the group blew right past it.

Everyone did great on the hills and helped this first time co-leader with tips and hints along the way!  Joyce was amazing with her "secret" hand directions and kept us on track!

We finished a smidge over 5 miles with a moving time of 1:43.  ~ Belinda
