Though the temperature did get into the 80's during our hike, it certainly was humid! Last night's rain turned the trails to a steamy heat. We managed to hike 5.5 miles, but it wasn't easy.

We were happy to welcome Pam W. to our Thursday morning hike - - on her 100th AOC event! What a great hike on which to celebrate that milestone. We were also happy to welcome George to our Thursday morning hike. This was just his 3rd AOC event.

We encountered the Renegades at the upper parking lot. It was a perfect time for a water break and a bit of a photo session.
