The road into the Indian Trail parking lot was in surprisingly good shape today! Although there were a few dips, there were no deep holes that could wreck the underside of a car.

Most of us gathered at the correct parking lot, and we arranged to pick up the missing member at the White Water lot, where I knew the renegades would be gathering to start a hike at 10:30 am.

It was great to spend a few minutes talking to the renegades, all of whom are great friends from pre-Covid times. We took a picture of our combined groups before we took off for the Dog Park, where the water level was low and there was a big beach area.

The weather today was really beautiful and views of the river bright and colorful. Conversation throughout the hike was constant and friendly . . . making for a really lovely morning excursion.
