The a bit chilly and cloudy with temperature in the mid 50’s and ending with temperature in the low 60’s with the sun coming out from behind the clouds. We started at a faster pace to stay warm. Even with all the rain we had the night before, I had 3” on my rain gauge, the trail had some muddy spots but was in good condition. We proceeded in a clockwise direction until we came back to the trail head, took a break to water and to delayer, turned around and returned the way we came. Some members saw a Coyote.

I would like to thank Dawn for joining us on her second hike, Elyse for her fifth hike, Tom for his sixth hike, Kathleen for joining us on her seventh hike, and the rest of the group for making them feel welcome.
