The temperature was in the low 50’s and windy when we started and mid 50’s at the end. We did introductions at the end of the Overflow Parking Lot and celebrated Joyce’s 2500^th event. We hiked to the Visitor Center, then the picnic area where we started the Environmental Trail hiking it in a clockwise direction, then turned left on the 24 Gun Trail. We followed the 24 Gun Trail to Gilbert Road, turned around until we came to the Environmental Trail. From there we returned to the Visitor Center and the overflow parking lot.

Several of us went to Fire Stone Chinese Cuisine for lunch and to celebrate with Joyce.
