We met by the picnic tables near the Visitor Center. After introductions we walked about 1.25 miles down the Camp Brumby Trail to the worksite where the tools were waiting. After a safety briefing, we were assigned to group 4 and proceeded to the fourth item on the workplan where we removed debris from the drainage ditches, debermed, and trashed some trail creep. After accomplishing this proceeded to the seventh item in the workplan where we once again removed debris from the drainage ditches, debermed, and trashed some trail creep. Due to the heavy rain last night, it was easy to see the drainage issues. This also meant the trail was very muddy to work on.
