Write Up:
It was a beautiful day for a hike on Kennesaw Mountain, and how do I know that? Because Oscar greeted just about every person we passed with a warm "hello and beautiful day today". We also ran into a very large number of volunteers on the mountain working on the trail with an AOC contingent among them moving rocks around, and Oscar made sure each one we encountered knew that he appreciated the work that they were doing. It was a very enjoyable hike on our local go to spot today with engaging conversation to boot! -Jim Wilkes
