It was a most interesting hike today! We altered our route a bit for variety and saw a lot of interesting things! Turtles, tiny baby turtles, water snakes, a goose, a 3 sets of school children getting exposed to nature by the Park Service employees (including Jerry and Penny Hightower).

We had a wonderful group of "regulars" today, so it was like a family reunion. It was great to have Jan back from Florida, too.
