We had a beautiful day for our hike at East Palisades and just enough parking for everyone at the Indian Trail lot.  The river was rushing faster than I expected but luckily no flooding on the path to the bamboo forest.  We were able to make it to the bamboo forest and back for a loop aroud the park with lots of river views.  Thank you to J. Mike for co-leading and to Joyce T. for joining us and for being my mentor for my now completed three co-leads.
