What a beautiful day for a hike! We kept a moderate pace through several of the cross-trails, and avoided just the really technical section next to Bull Sluice Lake.  We walked the trail just to the point of it becoming challenging.  As it is, we covered 4.6 miles in 2 hours, with the goal being 4.5 miles.  It was good! ~ Joyce
