We had a great hike at Stone Mountain this morning. It wasn't too hot for the first part of the hike up and down the mountain, but we could feel the heat and humidity rising as we circled around on the Cherokee Trail. We stayed hydrated and enjoyed the lovely views through the woods and along the lake. We also ran into a few AOC members out on their own. We finished the 7+ miles in less than 2:40. It was a great morning to be out hiking with friends.
