We were surprised this morning by a light sprinkle that turned Teresa L.'s straight hair into curls by the end of the hike! A really nice group of regulars (Daphne, Elizabeth, and Teresa are now considered regulars) who engage in conversation throughout the hike. I really love hearing all the friendly banter as I lead the group through the park.

A BIG surprise this morning . . . Steve F., recovering from his knee replacement, made it FIRST up the warm-up hill! I'd say he was healing really well! (We're all so very happy for you, Steve. A remarkable recovery story.)

It was great seeing the Renegades on our hike, and meeting Phil a new renegade!

By the way, the rain was so slight, we didn't even bother with rain gear. ~ Joyce
