Well, we ended up getting started an hour late, due to rain and thunder, but once that moved out, we had a very pleasant and challenging hike.  We all pushed it hard, to make it back up to the BB parking lot by sunset time.   The clouds had mostly moved out by then, and we did the final trek up to the summit then stayed, to view the Perseid meteor shower afterwards. A very fun day.
