All good friends on this leisurely hike through Leita Thompson. We stopped frequently (perhaps too frequently) to gawk at the abundant Joro spider webs that were constructed along the trail. The webs were huge and intricate, and very difficult to photograph! We also saw turtles in the pond and an owl hunting for its morning meal.

We hiked for two hours and got in over 4 miles. The air in the shaded woods was pleasant, so that we barely glistened after the hike.
