A truly glorious day to be on the trails. The sun was bright, the air was chilly and dry, and Bleau made two appearances during our hike! Things couldn't have been better.

We had a fine group of regulars this morning plus the return of a great friend from the past (2013) - Alan S.! Alan looks better than he did ten years ago, and he was in fine shape for this morning's fast-paced hike.

We got in a great workout with no injuries - - a huge plus in my book! ~ Joyce
