The weather wasn't ideal (41 degrees, very cloudy skies, strong breezes) but at least it didn't rain. Despite the weather, the group was excellent - - a combination of vets plus four newbies! We were delighted to welcome Angela, Gabe, Nelson, and Monica into the AOC!

We walked through St. Andrew Church's Stations of Christ in the garden area behind the church. The statues there are all quite beautiful, and each one has a description of what part of Christ's crucifixion it represents. One of the stations is pictured in the album.

I had planned to walk through Don White Park, but a huge construction project blocked all access through the park. Instead, we walked along the sidewalk to get into the woods to continue our walk.

The group stayed together well at our moderate pace, and we covered a little over 4 miles in an hour and a half.
