What a fine, understanding group we had today. I appreciate that everyone just enjoyed the scenery and the deer as we meandered haphazardly through the park, around construction, around the labyrinth, and along the creek. We ended up at our parking lot, which I consider a successful endeavor. (Kian suggested that we bring Susan along the next time, since she knows all the trails there!)

We saw so many deer! I put all of their photos at the end of the album, so that people who don't get a thrill at seeing them can just skip those. However, most of us watched them eagerly. It must have been their nap time toward the end of our hike, because we saw several that were actually bedded down.
